[expected to happen]
open manpage in terminal ($ man 1 xvkbd), first line start with 'xvkbd(1)'

[happened instead]
open manpage in terminal ($ man 1 xvkbd), none is shown.
there is 36 blank lines.
after a few scroll down, start manual.

difference between xvkdb.1 (in xvkbd_3.3-1_i386.deb) and xvkbd.man (in xvkbd_3.3.orig.tar.gz) is head 36 empty lines.

I see the empty lines, but I don't reproduce the behavior. In my case calling "man xvkbd" just starts with text (as makes sense, as man formats the text.
