Consistent use of terms in Delete Deployment dialog

In the Delete Deployment screen, a message to confirm the deletion is currently "Are you sure you want to delete the stack?".

The action button is Delete Deployment.

It might be helpful if the term "stack" is changed to "deployment" to make it consistent and avoid confusion.

    Update Delete Deployment Confirmation message

    This patch updates the delete deployment confirmation message so that
    the term "deployment" is used instead of "stack".

    Also, this patch removes the trash can icon used on the "Delete
    Deployment" button on the deployment details page.
