Translations export sync has stopped working

Translations for OpenShot Video Editor 2.0 have stopped syncing on March 24 (for some reason). https://translations.launchpad.net/openshot/2.0/+translations

It is configured to export to the following branch:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openshot.code/openshot/translations-2.0/

There are many updates to translations each day, so it should be triggering an export, but is probably failing for some reason, and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this.

Yep, there's a daily cron job that's sometimes timing out on earlier exports and thus crashing. I'm trying to get its debug level cranked up so that we can get a better handle on exactly what we need to optimise.

I believe we have the same problem with https://translations.launchpad.net/josm

It's been three days now the branch https://code.launchpad.net/~openstreetmap/josm/josm_trans is not updated (last rev: 1963 - 2017-06-23 05:16:55 UTC), although we have language changes on 2017-06-24 and 2017-06-25.
