Add record for power address of machine

It would be helpful to have MAAS auto generate a record that points the power address of a machine for easy access just like it does for individual interfaces when deployed.

Power parameters are accessed via the system id so given that you have the machine description, I'm not really sure this would speed things up.

I'm sorry, I forgot to add the use case part.

# Use case example
We manage a set of machines with MAAS.
The machines OOB management interfaces such as iDRAC or BMC are set with static IPs on a separate OOB network.
We'd like to have MAAS generate DNS records point to the static IP of the OOB interface such as ipmi.machine-name.maas

@adam-collard, this is a feature request, not an issue that is should expire after 6 months. If you do not want to implement this feature than that is fine, but please say so.
