I have a TPLink USB wireless module. When I remove the module and plug it again, the internet does not work. It shows wifi connected, but internet doesnt work. Even apt-get update fails because of internet error.

Bug Description
I have a TPLink USB wireless module. When I remove the module and plug it again, the internet does not work. It shows wifi connected, but internet doesnt work. Even apt-get update fails because of internet error.
I have to restart the network-manager service everytime I replug the usb module.
