Bug Description

When I was running through the storage-provider-webdav test plan, I had the backup stall due to bug 1676361. I tried using ctrl+C to kill the client, but it just kept on running.

It also seems to ignore SIGTERM, so I could only kill it with SIGKILL or ctrl+\.
