short ALT TAB should let go of the grabbed window

Bug Description
ubuntu 17.04 unity8
start some random apps, left click on an app titlebar and hold the mouse button pressed (grab)(do not let go!), quick ALT TAB (if you press ALT TAB quick it will just move the next app in front, it will not start the spread), now move the mouse, you'll see the mouse grab icon on top of the apps, and you are still moving the grabbed window but behind the other app (you also can't snap the app in this state), i think when you ALT TAB it should just let go of the grabbed app (i think)

looks like it's the same behavior as on unity7 except that on u7 you can still snap the window, but in unit8 you can't
