[10.0][Horizon] Prev button is missed in cases of pagination

Bug Description
On mos 10 builds even after the horizon tests were updated for UI the following problem was found.
For instances and volumes pagination works wrong due to absent 'Prev' button.
The tests are the following:
1. Create several instances
2. Change user settings and choose 1 item per page
3. Try to navigate back and forward with 'Next' and 'Prev' buttons.
The Prev button is absent on second and next pages:
