Bug Description

# MAAS 2.1.4

# Issue
Trying to link an interface to a subnet for a machine requires one to lookup both the system ID and the corresponding interface ID for that machine.

# Feature request
It would really be helpful to allow it to be referred by the interfaces device name so one doesn't have to keep track of all the IDs.

# Current command
maas $PROFILE interface link-subnet $SYSTEM_ID $INTERFACE_ID mode=AUTO subnet=ceph-public

# Desired command
maas $PROFILE interface link-subnet $SYSTEM_ID eno1 mode=AUTO subnet=ceph-public

My apologies. I confused this with another command which could not use interface names. Marking as invalid.
