Launch OpenLP automatically after FTW downloads finish

Bug Description
When FTW data is downloaded, the program waits for the user to click
"OK" and gives the "Downloads are ready, click OK to start" message.
After OK is pressed OLP still needs to index and
import the songs, which can take a while.
(Users may leave the desk while waiting for downloads to finish)
It would probably be better if OpenLP was launched instantly
after the downloads are finished instead of waiting for confirmation.
