Bug Description

Related to Bug 1673126, we need to properly implement a puppet-tripleo profile for the bigswitch agent. In resolving the previously mentioned bug we left the puppet-neutron include in THT for simplicity of backporting. However we should properly implement a puppet-tripleo profile and update the THT to use that.

    Use tripleo profile for bigswitch agent

    For ease of backporting, we originally just included the neutron agent
    configuration for bigswitch within THT directly. This change updates it
    to use a profile which is a best practice when configuring a service.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/tripleo-heat-templates 7.0.0.0b2 development milestone.
