Stop backing up cassandra db files, minor bug fixes

* No one seems to be using the files. Dont save cassandra db files
* Use -o option in contrail-logs cmd instead of output redirection,
which is the recommended way for saving large outputs
* contrail-logs can be run just on the first collector node instead of
all nodes
