Bug Description

I'm using qpdfview 0.4.16

To reproduce:

Prerequisites: Have a PDF file with the suffix in uppercase (e.g. mydocument.PDF) somewhere in the file system.

1. Open qpdfview
2. Go to File -> Open
3. Browse to the directory where the .PDF file is.

Expected result: File is listed in the Open dialog.
Actual result: File is not listed in the Open dialog.

Hello Antti,

thank you for taking the time to report this! I just committed trunk revision 2038 which should reach the daily builds soon. It explicitly requests the lower and upper case version of all supported file extensions which should fix the issue you describe.

By the way, what desktop environment are you using? Most file dialog implementations like KDE's seem to handle this automatically and hence I was unable to properly test this so YMMV.

Best regards, Adam.
