Bug Description
Currently rsyslog charm is missing support for Ubuntu Xenial. As Ubuntu OpenStack reference architecture recommends using Rsyslog for log management purposes, it is impossible to deploy reference-compliant OpenStack cloud based on Ubuntu Xenial because of this limitation. In order to resolve that, a support for Ubuntu Xenial should be added to rsyslog charm.
