Hello!
I have a problem with some dependences. this happens when I tried to install ROS on my machine.
Today I start removing broken packages to reinstall them manually. However, This error occurred.

That shouldn't happen, as niReg is in openni-utils and libopenni-sensor-pointclouds0 depnds on it. You should be able to fix it using:
apt-get install --reinstall openni-utils
apt-get remove libopenni-sensor-pointclouds0 openni-utils
