major grid lines drawn with minor color

When zoomed out enough to hide minor grid lines, major
grid lines get drawn with the minor grid line color.

This seems to confuse users, who think they are looking
at minor gridlines.

If it's a simple fix, I'll be happy to do it actually
-- just point me to the right file.

Fixed. Some logic needed to be moved around in display/canvas-grid.cpp. All better now.

I regret this was "fixed". Now you have major lines visible when there are no minors visible; now the grid is way too visible for my linkings when zoomed out.
I feel there should only be highlighted lines when there is actually something to be highlighted. When zoomed out, you see all lines highlighted.

So I either would like to have
A. the old behaviour back: (only use major highlighting when minors are visible, otherwise use minor color for all lines). or
B. have major/minor all the time. E.g. with a highlighted 'major' line for all zooms.

I vote for A; reverse it, the old behavior was very logical to me.

I guess grid line color UI needs tweaking, since only major ones are visible at first, and the "normal" grid lines appear only when zoomed in, it would be more logical to change the "Grid line color" to "Minor grid line color", and move it bellow the major grid line color options.

Added preference that defaults to the 'fixed' behavior. Turn it off in Inkscape grid's preferences to get the old behavior.
