bump LibreOffice to 5.3.1 on zesty and fix autpkgtest dependencies

A zesty build with all but the the last change is available in the LibreOffice ppas at:

Note the last change is not substancial as LibreOffice 5.3.1 rc2 is equal to 5.3.1 final in everything but the version.

NB: The LibreOffice package has some generated files in ./debian (e.g. control) so there might be more changes (in generated files) in the debdiff than the above.

So the 1:5.3.1-0ubuntu1 upload stuck on an autopkgtest fail on i386:

the root cause was analysed and let to debian bug 858199:
