[2.1+] "boot_disk" for machine over API is return "null"

Bug Description
A machine always has a boot disk when at least one physical block device exists for a machine. The API should not return "null" in this field.
The issue is the API should return the boot disk from the method `get_boot_disk` instead of the value from `boot_disk` in the database.

This was actually fixed in revision 7debddb5adea921 036f505a705ec66 8de2a52800, and released in 2.3.
