Group Member Details All Hold Requests column is blank

Bug Description
This occurs in v2.9.1
Steps:
1. View a patron that has holds and is a member of a group
2. Go to Other | Group Member Details
3. In the Group Members list, add the All Hold Requests column
What happened:
4. It will be blank, even for the patron in step 1 which you have confirmed has holds already.
What I expected to happen:
I expected to see the hold counts for each patron in the group.

As of 3.12, the All Hold Requests column is no longer an option in the Group Member Details grid, so I think this can be marked Won't Fix. If there's an argument for adding back the column, I'm happy to submit a new bug.
