apport/ubuntu-bug failes when working from a ssh remote session.

When I tried to report a bug in package mc while working remotely via ssh, it told me to use the browser to edit the bug. It didn't open the browser using the system I was at. I can't use the browser remotely without the URL to access the bug (without using apport on the host machine).

I eventually when to the machine with the problem and did the submission there (as well as this one).

Version 4.7.0.9 pf mc works correctly on a html file running on Debian 6.0.10!

Running the command
  $ ubuntu-bug ubuntu-bug
resulted in a waring message:
   'Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.'
