Improve descriptions of features in release notes

This is an enhancement request for the release notes:
Generally I think the release notes are very nice, but I found one problem on new features where videos are linked: A textual explanation how to reach the features is missing in the text (one has to see the video to get the info, I assume).
I find at least two issues: 1) For people with limited bandwidth (yes, such exist!) essential information is only available from videos
2) For people using a localized interface, it may be hard to guess where to navigate to access the new feature (e.g. Reading English Release Notes with German localization)

Just one example for this kind of topic, where a better description would be in place is "Lattice Deformation 2". I couldn't find the menu entry from the description without watching the videos.

As for the details: would you like to join release notes editors for the next version? If so, it's probably best if you subscribe to the developer mailing list to be notified when it's time to finalize them (for 0.93: sometime by the end of this year).
