quickstart: improve logging output for script that use set -x

tripleo-ci by default uses a nice debug prompt in any bash script that have set -x active

export PS4='+(${BASH_SOURCE}:${LINENO}): ${FUNCNAME[0]:+${FUNCNAME[0]}(): }'

produces for example

++(/opt/stack/new/tripleo-ci/scripts/common_functions.sh:338): echo_vars_to_deploy_env(): echo 'export CA_SERVER="0"'

It's probably a good idea to set this as default for all the templated bash we call like this

ps4_prompt: '+(${BASH_SOURCE}:${LINENO}): ${FUNCNAME[0]:+${FUNCNAME[0]}(): }'

...

- name: shell script
  shell: script.sh > script.log
  environment:
     PS4: {{ ps4_prompt }}

or maybe there's a smarter way to set it by default in all shell modules.
