Provider Contact Addresses Do Not Return Results

When retrieving provider contacts the provider contact addresses (not provider addresses) spin infinitely and never retrieve results. According to some reports results are eventually returned with seemingly random results. I have not been able to get any results to return but this described behavior would seem to match the logs which show the search being for all provider contact addresses with a not null ID rather than those associated with that provider or provider contact.

I've tested this on several 2.9 and 2.10 production systems, a current master test system and webby all with identical results.

Confirmed bug. The proximate cause is that the oncomplete callback in line 123 of Open-ILS/web/js/ui/default/conify/global/acq/provider.js never gets run, as it gets dojo.mixin'ed away around line 629 of Open-ILS/web/js/dojo/openils/widget/AutoGrid.js. Thus, the contact address grid never gets populated.

In starting to look at some other provider related bugs I'm seeing spinning in quite a few other places and I'm wondering if the scope of the issue is wider than the narrow scope I originally reported it in.

I just tested this on a master (3.7ish) system and confirm that at this time contact addresses are being populated. Given the age of the bug; the fact that the providers interface has been Angularized and thus the file that Galen tagged as the issue is no longer in play; and that I can't reproduce, I'm going to mark this bug as Won't Fix.
