Bug Description
From the upstream tripleo-quickstart docs:
--no-gate: by default the script tries to recreate an environment with an upstream change and asks interactive questions to specify it; this option suppreses that function and creates the environment without any extra changes
However, if I execute the script with the --no-gate option, I still get asked questions pertaining to the upstream change that I want to apply.

Update: it seems that the --no-gate switch only gets ignored if it comes after the virthost argument. I.e. this works:
./devmode.sh --no-gate virthost
But this doesn't:
./devmode.sh virthost --no-gate
IMO both above options should work but since we have a workaround, I'll drop the importance to low.
