Bug Description

Installing LUbuntu on a Tangent MiniPC.

I had the installation clear out the entire drive and re-create partitions. It set up an ESP partition, Root and Swap partitions.

I'm pretty sure I have UEFI turned off, but maybe not.

Nope; you were performing an EFI install, which is broken in Lubuntu 16.10.
