Bug Description
Currently our quick-basic jobs are using ci-scripts/basic.sh which does not have the gate-quickstart.yml playbook running before the main run:

If a quickstart change adds a new role in the quickstart-
There are several possible solution to this problem:
1. run the basic.sh script with --playbook quickstart.yml instead of the quickstart-
2. add the depends-on functionality to basic.sh
3. move the quickstart-
