During normal Eclipse IDE usage it crashed. The Java log, which is attached, shows that it does when invoking the "g_type_

I think Eclipse is probably feeding GLib junk as input, so it's unsurprising that it crashes.
Can you please file this bug with Eclipse upstream? In the unlikely even that they discover it *is* a GLib but then we can reopen this.
