Test groups which contain white spaces can not be taken by reporter

Bug Description
We need to report the following fuel-ui tests:
- nightly/
- nightly/
but now test groups contain white spaces, and our reporter takes only first word from group, so it can not find the group in testrail.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run tests, form nosetests.xml
2. Set up reporter (https:/
3. Run reporter
Expected results:
Tests are reported to testrail
Actual result:
Message "Testcase for Check not found", tests are not reported
