Cisco nexus config template - add new parameter 'nexus_driver'

The ML2 Nexus plugin has been enhanced to support the REST API Driver. A new config parameter has been added to allow a choice of the current ssh ncclient driver(default) versus the Rest API driver which requires a newer Nexus OS.

This configuration parameter is called 'nexus_driver' whose value is either 'ncclient' for the current ssh ncclient driver(default) versus 'restapi' to choose the new REST API driver.

    Latest Nexus Configuration Variables Updates

    Add new interface Config variables added to Nexus plugin.
        vnc_pool
        intfcfg.portchannel
    Identify variables which are obsolete and those being deprecated.
    Change default to switch_heartbeat_time.
