Bug Description
I see a few failures in the gate that relate to the TLS proxy, for instance:
[proxy_http:error] [pid 8575:tid 140206590064384] (20014)Internal error (specific information not available): [client 15.184.68.87:38134] [frontend 15.184.68.87:443] AH01102: error reading status line from remote server 15.184.68.87:80
these failure can manifest in very different way, usually a 50x from a service which in turn tried to validate a token, and the token request fails.
The check queue is broken right now, and I believe this may be (one of) the cause(s).

The best e-r query I could find is:
message: "<title>502 Proxy Error</title>"
which appears in different logs in the same format, since the request does not reach keystone, and the TLS proxy logs are not indexed as far as I can tell.
From the TLS proxy log, it appears that the issue should be coming from keystone, but I don't see that error code 502 reported in keystone logs.
