"Create New Plan" dialog contains unlocalized strings

Bug Description

Deployment Plan > Create New Plan

"Choose File" button label and "No file chosen" message are unlocalized.
The strings are not in Zanata.

Isn't that the browser widget? I didn't think you could customize the browser file select UI.

A quick grep shows that the two strings don't seem to be in the repository indeed. I'm not sure if there's a workaround.

Another button "Browse" which is shown when selecting Local Folder is also unlocalized.
I saw the comments above and understand that there may not be a way to fix this but I am adding this as a record.
