Bug Description

Diagnostic snapshot returns "Timmy: exit code 100" in the case of insufficient disk space. We need more client friendly message for this case.

Affected MOS versions: 9.1, 9.2 with Timmy 1.20.4 and newer.

Step to reproduce:

1. Make sure that you have insufficient disk space for new diagnostic snapshot on your Fuel node.
2. Start the diagnostic snapshot procedure (via CLI or Fuel UI)

Expected result: Error message like "Error: Diagnostic snapshot fail: Insufficient disk space"

Actual result: Error message: "Timmy: exit code 100"
