[2.2, UI] Cannot edit or delete container interfaces

Bug Description
In MAAS 2.2, device details pages are being added which allow editing of interfaces and IP addresses.
This is great, but the device details page isn't linked from containers attached to deployed machines, which is the other way you can add a device. (And when a device is added this way, it doesn't show up in the device details page.)
At a minimum, we should link to the device details page from each container shown on the machine details page.
Nice-to-have would be an option to show all containers in the 'devices' view, and the ability to search and filter across all deployed machines.
