zanata_stat.py does not honor project and branch (version) and stats of the last processed branch is used

Bug Description

zanata_stat.py can process multiple projects and versions (branches) at the same time, but the logic does not honor a version processed. As a result, user stats from the last processed version is used as user translation stats.

AFAIK the tool is used to retrieve translation stats and determine ATC status.
