Wrong links under About > Information

Info: KiCad 4.0.6 under Windows 10 Pro 64bit

The "About" panel under the section "Information" provides at least two links witch are wrong.

"The original site of the KiCad project founder" seems no longer to be active. (http://iut-tice.ujf-grenoble.fr/kicad)

"KiCad links to user groups, tutorials and much more" redirects to http://www.kicadlib.org/ which seems not to be registered by KiCad. It only shows and ad for trading opportunities. (Potentially a malicious site)

This is fixed in master, and will probably not be backported to the 4.0 branch.

Wayne, we should probably fix this in 4.0 if we're going to have a 4.0.7. Should be a quick fix, no?

I'm on it already. There is also some broken HTML formatting in the
product branch so I'll fix that as well.

I committed this to the stable 4 branch. It will be available in the next stable release.
