Detach rabbitmq plugin's version should be upped

We have upped the plugin version here [1]

But in the test we use old version. And it fails with:
AssertionError: Install script fails with next message Shell command executed with "155" exit code: rpm -qp --queryformat '%{name}' detach-rabbitmq-1.1-1.1.2-1.noarch.rpm

We should up version to detach-rabbitmq-1.2-1.2.1-1.noarch.rpm

Patch fixes detach plugin version in template

We have upped version in plugin repo.
Jenkins builds plugin with new version
But template is outdated
