blank window is always blocking the image to be captured

Bug Description
each time i use shutter, and choose selection to capture selected area a blank window always appear in the image captured, sometimes it forced me to use desktop to capture the whole screen and another blank window appears, it seems like its the shutter window itself being captured.

Can you please post a screenshot of the problem? Do you have the corresponding setting (hiding the main window during the screenshot) enabled?
