Bug Description

I installed ubuntukylin-default-settings on Ubuntu 17.04 Beta

I understand the first diversion but why is there an html file in /usr/share/unity/icons/ ?

Adding 'diversion of /usr/share/unity-control-center/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html to /usr/share/unity-control-center/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html.orig-brand by ubuntukylin-default-settings'
Adding 'diversion of /usr/share/unity/icons/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html to /usr/share/unity/icons/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html.orig-brand by ubuntukylin-default-settings'

OK, I will delete the diversion in /usr/share/unity/icons/.
But searchingthedashlegalnotice.html file in /usr/share/unity/icons/ and /usr/share/unity-control-center are same in Ubuntu 14.10.

Wait, there actually is this file but it does not make sense.

libunity-core-6.0-9: /usr/share/unity/icons/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html

Ok, I think you can go ahead and make this change. The Unity file is clearly an error and it is not used in unity-control-center.
