missing symlink breaks haskeline

There is a missing symlink which causes a compile error when trying to install haskeline. This affects both 16.04 and 16.10.

sudo ln -s /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtinfo.so.5 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtinfo.so
