Web Client: Opac View would benefit from some styling to better distinguish different areas of the screen

When viewing a record in Opac View, the different sections of the screen are not well defined. It would be helpful to add some shading or separators to help staff users to navigate.

To illustrate, here's a screen shot of the current Opac View.

The separator bars may not be the best solution, but some contrast between the different areas of the screen would be helpful.
