2. Try to boot with SMT=8 vcpus=128 and mem=2G

Hello Canonical,

This is a documentation bug with minimum memory requirements for quests
on Ubuntu KVM. Probably ubuntu-docs isn't the right component for this, so
please change component accordingly.
