Z39.50 overlay not handling case where no merge profile is set

Bug Description

The Z39.50 overlay dialog in the web staff client now knows about merge/overlay profiles (see bug 1117808); however, there's now a small regression when no merge profile is selected. In particular, rather than displaying the target record (i.e., the record from the Z39.50 server) in the right-hand pane, another instance of the value of the record to be overlaid is displayed. It should be, in fact, the incoming record that's displayed there.
