Bug Description
Starting from x.3802 some (maybe all) lines after ORTSRigidWheelbase aren't read in the .eng file, if only one parameter is present, e.g. like ORTSRigidWheelbase ( 900mm ).

Ah, this is because the STFParser's EndOfBlock() method doesn't just check for being at the end, it also unexpectedly consumes the ")".
Fixed in X3808.
