That is not a valid nominatim string for searching:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim/Special_Phrases/EN
The apartments in nominatim are for buildings, not for tourist apartments.

This is the answer to both of my requests :

  * *Resolution* set to /invalid/
  * *Status* changed from /new/ to /closed/

Nominatim isn't the best tool for POI search. Use the Overpass API, if
you are looking for objects with a specific key/value pair.

That said, the page you mention is a wiki, so you should edit it instead
of opening an issue here. Be aware, though, that reimports of the
special phrase page into the database at nominatim.osm.org happen very
rarely.

#1656647 Invalid now. I don't see a fix for this. I already worked and commit a change for this, but it is finding a 'regular' massage POI and the results are not right for include in uNav. Sorry.
#1668607 As I said, it's not searching for tourist apartments, then I'll not include it.

I'll not use Overpass because it is not updated like OSM and the results are different.
