Bug Description

The Terminator Nightly GTK3 PPA packages don't depend on python-cairo. As a result, Terminator fails to start if this package is not already installed. Tested on a fresh Lubuntu 16.10 virtual machine where python-cairo is not installed by default.

PPAs are currently pretty stale, and not connected to the new source on GitHub.

I've disabled the recipes and removed the nightly PPAs.

We plan to reintroduce this at some point.
