Bug Description
EG 2.12 supports integration for the OneClickdigital API, per bug 1541559. However, in the existing code, the base URL for OneClickdigital's integration environment is hard-coded. This should properly be controlled via an org setting, as with OverDrive API support.
I've pushed a fix to branch user/jeffdavis/

After loading the branch, I verified in the logs that Evergreen used the default URI when I didn't update the new setting. After updating the setting, I then verified in the logs that it was using the new URI.
I signed off on the branch and merged it to master.
