Bug Description
When editing questions and answers in a survey, there is a Save Changes button next to every field that must be clicked after a change in that field or else the change will not be saved. There is no visual indicator to let you know which fields you have or have not saved yet. It would make much more sense from a usability / workflow standpoint to have a single Save button that saved all of the changes at once (and gave some sort of indication that the save has been successful).

Some indication of the fact it actually saved some thing, would be good. Also a way to go back to the list of Surveys with out using the browser back button.
