Web Staff Client - Patrons with Negative Balances missing barcode column

Testing in web client 2.12:

On the Patrons with Negative Balances screen, I do not see an option in the column picker to view the patron's barcode.

Please clarify the desired fix:

A) Should the barcode column show up in the grid by default, or only when selected using the column picker?
B) If it's showing up by default is there a need to hyperlink the barcode?

Now that right-clicking to retrieve patron(s) is available, this interface works better than it did when I initially reported the bug.

However, it would still be handy to have a hyperlinked barcode available in order to be able to right-click to open in a new window.

I don't have any preference on whether the barcode is visible by default or not.

A branch has been pushed with this change. By default barcode is showing up and it's hyperlinked.
