Bug Description
By testing scenario001, 002, 003 upgrades, they all fail at pingtest because some endpoints in Keystone are missing.
Keystone endpoints are managed at step 3 (only), so the root cause is probably Puppet didn't run at step 3 after the upgrade tasks.

If you look at /var/log/messages on subnode2, you'll see that Keystone resources weren't executed after the upgrade, so Puppet didn't run at this step.

Fixed and backported by some commits that made upgrades working correctly.
