Bug Description
assess_storage.py often fails because juju aws-provider cannot destroy the many machines in the many models in the allotted 10 minutes. We can see in the failure logs that juju and aws are never stalled in their effort to delete the machine and the models. the controller is usually being deleted when the timeout happens.
Either this test clean up models or machines when it is done with them, or it needs to extend the timeout by 5 ot 10 minutes.
